**Summary Description**

The Travel Administrator position plays a key role in the overall operations of the travel line of business by ensuring accurate TPOS invoicing and TICO compliance. This position reports to the Travel Operations Manager and works closely with the travel retail stores, Store Managers, and Travel Consultants. Essential to the improvement of CAANEO’s quality control functionality, they will be responsible for accurate travel file invoicing and payments, maintaining proper file/travel documentation, identifying key training and quality control issues, and working with the Travel Operations Manager on the development and maintenance of front-line training documents such as Quick Reference Guides and the NEO Training Pages.

The Travel Administer will troubleshoot TICO and industry regulation issues in-store and act as liaison to the Travel Operations Manager to identify and rectify possible systemic issues. They will work with the Travel Operations Manager to investigate and evaluate the opportunities for operational changes where appropriate, keeping in mind the end goal of increased sales for the CAA Stores in which they operate.

The Travel Administrator will be assigned to one or more stores and may be called upon to work with multiple consultants at additional stores. The Travel Administrator may be called upon to provide remote training for stores without Travel Administrators to assist the Regional and Store Managers in quality control and output improvement.

The incumbent may be called upon to report to the Director of Sales on key findings with regards to store-level operations with the intent to approve overall front-line efficiencies.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- To support store Travel Consultants by completing invoices within 1 business day (abiding by TICO regulations); ensuring CAANEO paperless invoicing and filing systems are followed.
- Maintenance of Store Trip Inbox reports ensuring that all GDS, Orion, TST, and partner invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for reviewing all files to ensure that CAA Vacations files are booked and identified accurately and that all Member-exclusive benefit opportunities are used.
- Maintaining commission adjustments from Finance and Travel ARs
- Maintaining GDS Queues
- Maintenance of AXIS Diary tasks for store
- Maintenance of store FTC reports
- Working alongside the Travel Operations Manager on the creation and maintenance of Quick Reference Guides and associate training

- Travel Agency Certification from a recognized institution
- TICO certification (asset)
- Detail and accuracy oriented
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work in a team environment, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work from home
- Ability to work non-conventional hours, as required
- Residing in Northern or Eastern Ontario

**Compensation**
