**YOUR ROLE**
- Assist in progressing day-to-day tasks for client programs under the guidance of Senior Program Managers and Program Specialists.
- Identify and escalate complex inquiries or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Assist in the onboarding process for clients across various programs as directed by Senior Program Managers.
- Coordinate prize supplier agreements, oversee prize fulfillment, and track winners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of program details for each client, providing necessary assistance and support as required.
- Assist in scheduling internal and external meetings, managing conflicts, and adjusting schedules to accommodate changes in priorities.
- Administrative duties as assigned.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years experience in administrative support roles, showcasing proficiency in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
- Business degree or diploma preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
- Experience working with a Not for Profit is an asset. Knowledge of lotteries, raffles and sweepstakes is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship management skills: ability to listen, understand, empathize, communicate constructively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, escalate issues, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with project management systems such as Asana is an asset.
- Proficient with CRM software, Office 365
- You demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
