Accounts Receivable Specialist:

- Managing and overseeing all receivable processes
- Working towards optimizing of days outstanding and aging of accounts receivables.
- Understanding, investigating, and resolving AR and collections issues
- Credit Cards Transactions
- Accurately post payments received against correct invoices
- Bad Debt and potential Allowance for Bad Debt reporting on a monthly basis.
- Credit Application processing for new customers.
- Checking and authorizing sales orders with company policy.
- Invoicing and managing cylinder rentals and gas orders
- Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Management support
- Accounts Payable relief
- Customer Service and answering and directing incoming calls
- Taking on special projects as required

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

- Accounts receivable: 3 years (required)
- Credit and Collections: 3 years (required)
- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
