About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at KTX Transport. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
