- Greeting guests in the dealership and assisting with needs - where required, you will ensure guests are escorted to their desired location in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upon greeting guests in the showroom, ensure sales lead data is entered as required.
- Answer and transfer all telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Recording customer information into our CRM system as well as making and documenting customer follow up calls are also part of the duties.
- Completing reports etc. as requested by management.
- Directing incoming phone calls within the group.
- Perform office tasks, automotive licensing, updating files and filing on request.
- Manage all utilities, and other operational invoices paid in a timely manner, documented and archived.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Order stationery, business cards and other stuff as directed, including but not limited to spare parts.
- Manage all mail and couriers, including but not limited to preparing courier packages, coordinating pick-up and delivery, confirming delivery/receipt, and resolving any related issues in a timely manner.
- Enter or process data, orders, requests, or information as required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist/ administrative assistant would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must have a positive, professional attitude.
- Must demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Proficiency in word, outlook and other office software.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
