Office Assistant

We strive to understand the needs of our clients and work with them to build long-term, trusting relationships.
We are currently looking for a full time **Office Assistant** to join our dynamic and growing team.
**Responsibilities**
- Daily cooperate and communicate with warehouse department as well as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties
- Answer and screen phone calls and visitors, deciding the appropriate person to whom to redirect
- Ensure common areas are neat and tidy, perform light cleaning duties where required
- Order office supplies as needed
- Monitor regular and electronic mail and information accordingly
- Track the progress of ongoing projects and provide updates to the team
- Scan wide variety of documents and put in appropriate folder
- Operate and maintain office equipment, call for service when required
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock-takes and record the results
- Update schedules and inform appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Assist Estimators with various tasks such as downloading documents and renaming files
- Reproduce pick slip and other paperwork
- Receive schedule date from various sources and update the internal portal and calendars accurately
- Filing of various documents
- Provide assistance to allocate installers, uploading POs, collecting HAS forms, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Requirement**
- Certificate or diploma in administration management
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience
- Must have high degree of attention to details
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude towards work and people
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
