**Office Assistant**

Job description

**Company Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Office Assistant** to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the company, you will play an essential role in supporting our daily financial operations and business functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and implement office administrative procedures
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including project records, invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
- Perform data entry into accounting and finance systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Issue and track invoices for project services provided by the company.
- Monitor project payments and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the project and business development management team in preparing project bids, quotes, and contract documentation.
- Complete daily assignments from the company management team
- Assist the Office Manager with planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing daily work assignments.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient, responsible, and good team player
- Skilled at office software, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Self-motive, hard-working and a good team player
- Previous Office Assistant experience would be definitely an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic financial knowledge is definitely an asset
