- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Type and computerize documents accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Operate office phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Offer exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
Assist in buying tools and manage shop duties as required
*Skills*
- Prior experience of Office assistant required
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Knowledge of PunjabI and Hindi language is must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Class 5 driver license is required
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
