As the Operations Support Specialist, you will be supporting and advising the Legal, Compliance, Records, and Privacy (LCRP) functions. You will provide administrative support and drive process efficiencies by reducing or eliminating unnecessary administrative or operational work performed by LCRP professionals and help demonstrate LCRP’s value as a strategic partner.

**How you will create impact**:

- Providing administrative support that includes data input, preparing spreadsheets/reports, preparing invoices, and personal expenses for payment.
- Ordering supplies, performing scanning, photocopying, filing, sorting, and distributing mail and documentation.
- Assisting in planning and execution of meetings and special events including venue and technical support arrangements and preparation of presentation materials.
- Identifying cost-saving and process improvements and acting as a business analyst, project coordinator, change management lead, and implementor for business unit projects and initiatives of small to medium complexity.
- Leading the coordination and administration of departmental recordkeeping and knowledge management practices. Monitoring compliance to ensure information is protected, accessible, and retention is managed.

**To join our team**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational and process improvement role, preferably in a legal environment.
- You have LEAN or Six-Sigma qualifications OR willingness to acquire.
- You have strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines.
- You have highly developed interpersonal and collaborative skills necessary for positive work relationships across departments
- You have critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry is an asset
- Strong technology acumen - SharePoint/Teams is a strong asset
