Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Payquad Support Specialist is responsible for managing the Payquad ticketing system through ticket resolution, and preparing and training internal clients on system use. This role will also work alongside various internal departments and outside vendors while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including implementation consultants and specialists, to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time and with the highest customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, follow up, and resolve tickets while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain, and update the system with building information; leasing, maintenance, and amenities, as required.
- Extract data, compile reports, and develop customized reporting as required by management.
- Assist in identifying process improvements for software performance, reliability and stability.
- Document and maintain processes for database administration by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and deliver training materials as required and assist in training of users.

- You know your stuff when it comes to technical configuration plans based on business needs and requirements.
- A Jack of all trades, you have mid-level knowledge of mainstream software (e.g. MS Office, Windows, Apple products) and associated set-up and management.
- You're a troubleshooting and problem solving wizard
- Strong project management skills including risk management, you keep things on track
- A people person, you will be working with internal and external clients so good customer service is important
