PromptCore is seeking a dynamic and innovative Prompt Specialist to join our company. They will be responsible for crafting and refining language model prompts to support our web publishing and social media operations. This role involves not only the initial creation of prompts but also ongoing evaluation and iterative improvement of the model's output. As a Prompt Specialist, you will work at the intersection of language, technology, and creativity, contributing to the enhancement of our cutting-edge AI platform.
**DUTIES**
- Give input into the company’s social media and content strategies to produce AI generated content that will engage audiences
- Develop creative and effective prompts to guide the language model in generating relevant and high-quality output.
- Implement a continuous improvement process by updating prompts based on testing, feedback, and evolving language patterns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and content creators, to gather insights, share findings, and collectively improve the language model's capabilities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Hands on experience with social media and community building (**Critical**)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies
- Strong language, writing, and proofreading skills
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Hands on experience using LLM/Chatbot technology for copywriting
- Strong understanding of web publishing and marketing concepts (SEO, Adtech, Affiliate Marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS and web publishing technologies is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with excel, SQL, Python, javascript is a plus but not required
