**Position Profile**:
Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, you will join a progressive, dynamic and collaborative team of Human Resource “HR” professionals. HR supports a large employee base of over 5,000 employees and 5 unions across three hospital sites and off-site programs within the Halton Region. The Organizational Development (OD) Coordinator will work collaboratively with the OD team and key partners, to ensure successful delivery and ongoing maintenance of OD programs. The OD Coordinator provides front-line support to staff, professional staff and volunteers on OD programs, initiatives, supports and services. The OD Coordinator partners with the OD team to assist with the planning, organizing and executing of various Organizational Development programs, including: engagement programs and events, learning programs, performance enhancement and leadership development.

**This is what you’ll be doing**:

- Assist with the creation of learning solutions based on adult learning principles
- Assist with the development and organization of learning materials, in both physical and electronic formats, including learner packages, handouts, slide decks and other learner aids
- Provide support to OD Consultants on execution of OD solutions
- Monitor, evaluate and review the effectiveness of OD programs
- Support with the collection, organizing and review of information for needs analysis
- Provide support to front-line users of the Learning Management System (i.e. troubleshooting access issues, assisting in self-reporting, etc.)
- Support in the administration, updating/upgrading and maintenance of the hospital’s Learning Management System as required
- Proctor the New Hire Core Curriculum program as part of Corporate Orientation
- Develop and provide regular and ad hoc reports to leaders throughout the organization and the Organizational Development and Human Resources teams
- Prepare communication materials regarding Organizational Development’s programs
- Maintain the Organizational Development and Leadership Development Program sections of Halton Healthcare’s intranet, Connections, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Conduct research related to Organizational Development best practice as required
- Assist with Organizational Development related projects as required

- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent, related experience in providing comprehensive support in a Human Resources and/or Organizational Development department
- Experience working in health care is preferred
- Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with learning management systems and eLearning content development including authoring tools an asset
- Demonstrated skills in adult education, teamwork and time management
