Team Logistics Inc. is a dental practice in Ayr, ON. We are looking for a responsible Accounting Assistant to perform all accounting tasks. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO on monthly close and other accounting tasks.
**Skills**
- Proven accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Good at math and data entry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree in accounting preferred
- Responsible, trustworthy, well-organized, detail-oriented and well-organized is a must
**Responsibilities**
- Perform all tasks under the direction of the Accounting Manager.
- Prepare financial statements for various companies.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, sales receipts, and other financial documents.
- Process accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare bank deposits and other financial reports.
- Assist with month end close process.
- Provide general office support to CEO and CFO.

- Secondary School (preferred)
