**Wanted: Customer Service Representative**

RideWrap is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Rep to join our team in Whistler, BC.

We would love to hear from you if you:

**Responsibilities**
- Improve customer communications through consistency and situational awareness.
- Work with shipping providers to resolve shipping issues.
- Create FAQs and analyze their effectiveness.
- Improve customer service KPIs including positive Google reviews, response rates, repeat questions, and creating other success measurements.
- Create and monitor internal data tracking using G-Suite.
- Identify and track KPIs for shipments, orders, and production errors.
- Recognize information that can be tracked and analyzed to improve understanding of customer inquiries.
- Contribute to building situation-based decision matrices.
- Support improvement of customer service software build-out.
- Support Sales and Tech Rep teams as required.
- Opportunity to get involved with internal events and external community partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Proficiency with G-Suite (Gmail / Sheets /Docs) (essential).
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred).
- Mountain Biking: 2 years (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with customers and/or suppliers face-to-face.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Stoke for working in the bike industry.
- Data Analytics: 1 year (asset).
- Additional languages are an asset.

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
