- Provide administrative support to the program Coordinator
- Plans, organizes and implements weekly programs for children aged 4-12 and youth age 13-24
- Provides support, guidance and leadership to part-time program staff and volunteers to ensure delivery of a successful service or program
- Ensures that the program is adhering to all board approved policies and practices
- Assists in part-time program staff evaluations
- Participates and supports initiatives of the West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre, BGC Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, and Canada as appropriate

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with program planning and working with children preferred
