**Operations Manager - Experience Victoria & Regent Transportation**

**Who we are**

Experience Victoria (EXP) is Victoria’s largest tour operator, primarily running shore excursions for cruise ship passengers who visit Victoria. With the acquisition of Victoria’s premier limousine service, Regent Limousine (Regent Transportation), we are launching a fully independent tourism (FIT) business capable of servicing all guests to Victoria. EXP & Regent are an integral part of tourism in Victoria; we value sustainability, strive for equity and diversity in our workplace, partner with local businesses, and support reconciliation in Victoria and BC.

**Objectives of this role**

The Operations Manager serves as the primary administrative role for EXP and Regent; handling the day-to-day communications, accounting, scheduling, social media, inventory and dispatching needs of both businesses. This role supports both the General Managers, fulfilling corporate goals. This hybrid role reports directly to the executive team with weekly schedule/duties varying based on business levels and operational requirements.

**Key Duties**
- Accounting : bookkeeping, bi-weekly payroll, AR/AP, GST remittance, processing expense reports, year-end, tax compliance, maintenance of POS, timely and accurate invoice creation
- Staff scheduling and communication updates
- Vehicle and driver dispatch as required
- Developing and maintaining website and social media accounts
- Upholding office policies and procedures
- Overseeing cruise & FIT tour inventory
- Communications with tour partners
- Administrative assistance to the GM
- HR data management
- Insurance compliance
- Other duties as needed

- Business degree/diploma or equivalent work experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Accounting, Marketing
- Availability during evenings & weekends
- Drivers Licence an asset
- Please note, Spring/Summer season is very busy and Fall/Winter is quieter.

**Compensation package**
- Full-time salary ($60,000+)
- Opportunity for end-of-season bonus and long-term profit sharing
- Health & Dental benefits package

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
