A Day in the Life

As Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing lululemon brand to our guests through various complex initiatives and campaigns across a variety of channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and support smooth campaign operations throughout execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partners with (Sr.) Brand Managers to bring North America Initiatives to life
- Drafts, maintains and monitors the Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget, and Deliverables Lists, intaking needs from cross-functional partners and in close partnership with Brand Manager
- Coordinates with operations, channel and creative teams to ensure projects remain on track and all partner teams have necessary information
- Act as central point of contact and information hub: responsible for taking notes in meetings, sharing action items, managing project timelines
- Partners with Merchandising and Sample Ops teams on sample ordering, product availability by season
- Supports Brand Management team in creating presentation materials, including strategy decks, campaign reporting, and briefs
- Partners with Brand Manager to steward the budget for all initiatives and /or global campaigns, including reconciling actuals against forecast

What we're Looking for
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in brand/marketing
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
- Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
