The Brand Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager and is responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives. At the center of the marketing organization, the Brand Marketing Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. They elevate all initiatives with sound business strategies that invite strong partnership and co-creation between key channels, product and creative. They support with ad-hoc needs that improve marketing processes or initiatives.
**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Support Sr Brand Marketing Manager with execution of small to large scale marketing initiatives/campaigns
- Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives
- Build localized marketing plans to deploy global initiatives across the North-American market
- Establish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plans
- Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences
- Manage stakeholders and partner with Manager/Director to keep leadership enrolled to marketing plans
- Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
- Responsible for management of project budget
- Inform global strategies with regional guest & business insights.
- Guide all channel partners toward cohesive executions.
- Drive tactical work plans and deliverables.
- Support creative development with strategic advice rooted in clear business needs.
- Provide positive inputs to improve internal processes.
- Assess, confirm and track projects budgets on regular basis
- Deliver final strategy, creative and content on brief, on time and on budget

- Creative Briefs
- NAM DM & Ecommerce Strategy, Product Flow, Channel strategy
- Community and regional/localize strategies

- NAM marketing content, inclusive of briefs and marketing plans
- NAM KPI development and reporting
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands
- Creative brief development experience for different scale of campaigns
- Proven track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams or agencies is valued
