**Position Overview**:
The **Brand Manager** will be accountable for the following duties:

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
- Brand Positioning: Define and enhance our positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop a robust brand partnership program that aligns with our brand messaging and goals, and helps to create new opportunities for sponsored content and campaigns
- Manage brand partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration with partners across a variety of industries, and translating those relationships into tangible business results
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee brand marketing campaigns
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including on-board, operations, customer service, and sales to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Brand Messaging: develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives and campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
- Develop targeted brand marketing strategies for key audiences, using creative and customer-centric tactics to achieve measurable results
- Plan and manage all events, swag and merchandise needs
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand integrity across all platforms, ensuring quality control and alignment with our overall brand image
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- **
Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in brand management, with a focus on partnerships development; experience in a high-growth brand a plus
- **
Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience developing and executing brand and content strategies on a variety of platforms, along with an understanding of experiential and digital marketing trends and practices
- Proven ability to identify and create new business opportunities and partnerships
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product, finance, and other departments
