Position Available: Brand Manager
Location: Vancouver
**Role Overview**:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to elevate and strengthen the Rove Concepts brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury markets, consumer behaviour, and brand management. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and retail operations, to ensure brand consistency and drive business growth.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement long-term brand strategies that align with the company’s vision, values, and business objectives. Identify opportunities for brand growth and market expansion.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives.
- Brand Communication: Develop and oversee all brand communications, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and in-store promotions. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute successful product launches. Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and sales.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and other luxury brands to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Retail Experience: Work closely with retail teams to ensure that the brand is consistently represented in-store. Develop training programs and materials to educate retail staff on brand standards and customer engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and consumer feedback. Provide regular reports to senior management and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Track expenses and ensure all activities are within budget.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee brand events, including product launches, and VIP customer events. Ensure events are executed flawlessly and align with brand image.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
