**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in Administration or Reception
- Ability to serve as backup for answering all incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate destination
- Ability to serve as backup for accepting and coordinating couriers to various locations, as well as maintaining outgoing mail
- Proficiency in data entry
- Experience maintaining various filing systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in handling all administrative and office service duties
- Experience with invoicing and billing processing
- Strong computer skills preferred, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Emphasis on computer and organizational skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned within this role
- Must have own transportation, as there is no transit in the area.

**Shift Timing**: 8 hours/day: 40 hours/week
