**About the Role**:
The Business Development Sales Representative (BDSR) role is to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They are focused on business development and campaign lead generation to feed new logos into our client ecosystem. They drive revenue by building and managing client relationships, collecting and analyzing information, ensuring that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients and consistently improve overall customer experience. Maintaining comprehensive CRM records including key contact information as it relates to enhancing ISA Cybersecurity enterprise-wide account knowledgebase, providing visibility to accurate forecast reporting to meet our financial growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage target prospect lists through CRM and accomplish cold outreach to potential clients
- Effectively communicate ISA’s value proposition in security services, technologies, and expertise to clients and prospects
- Develop and execute strategic account growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Set appointments with prospects and clients to drive engagement and opportunity development
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross profit, ensuring predictable revenue streams for informed business planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISA’s technology partners and their sales teams to foster collaboration and build a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities
- Identify and address core cybersecurity concerns of prospects and clients
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage and support product renewals
**Qualifications**:
- Two (2) years of Sales experience
- Motivated to learn and has a proven ability to acquire new skills and expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiations skills; quickly able to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and work within a high-volume environment
- Highly energetic and charismatic demeanor and able to capture interest and attention over the phone
- Passionate about helping clients solve cyber related business problems
