Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team - a results-oriented, self-starter who gets excited at the opportunity to have an impact on the company's revenue growth - a relationship builder with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills who can build long lasting and profitable business relationships with customers - a highly motivated individual who continuously strives for success.

E&J Supplies is a Canadian-owned wholesale distributor of gloves, protective clothing, and janitorial, packaging shipping and first aid supplies. We provide our customers with an "easy order experience" by focusing our efforts on customers experience to ensure they find what they want quickly, easily and feel as satisfied as possible.
**Position Overview**
You will spend your day as our brand ambassador, promoting our products to prospective customers, impacting our revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**
You will...
- establish, build and maintain relationships with prospective B2B customers through outbound calling
- meet monthly, yearly sales goals
- follow up and address customer inquiries
- keep up-to-date and accurate account information
- maintain industry and competitive knowledge base
- prepare, forward and follow up on customer quotes
- additional duties as assigned by the manager
**Qualifications**
- a minimum of two (2) years of sales or customer service experience
- post-secondary education in a related field
- highly driven to reach, exceed sales targets
- advanced hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- highly organized, planner with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- result oriented, problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills
- the ability to work independently or alongside a team in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
