Type of Position: Full-time Sales and Customer Satisfaction

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts IN OFFICE (seasonal late shifts from 10:00 am-7:00 pm)-Saturday as seasonal demand dictates from 9:30 am
- 1:00 pm

Minimum Hourly Salary: $20.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses for hitting targets Actual Customer Success team members are earning between $865.00 to $1188.00 per week which includes hourly base pay plus bonuses throughout the year.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

- Learning and executing our sales process
- Ability to accurately maintain client records within our CRM and solve client issues effectively
- Honest and straightforward communication with both clients and colleagues
- Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals

Requirements of the Sales Representative:

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center
- Professional and enthusiastic telephone manners
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
- Be a tech-savvy individual with basic to intermediate computer skills

Qualifications of the Sales Representative:

- Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
- Confidence, empathy, and enthusiasm

- Team player, but also the ability to work independently
