We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Analyst to join our growing company. This is a rare opportunity to grow your career in the fishing industry while learning about distribution, retail sales and online marketplaces.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain Dealer, Retailer, Customer and Account relationships.
- Generate Lead list of potential Accounts. This includes, but is not limited to:

- o Analyzing competitors,
- o Crawling the web,
- o Cold calling,
- o E-mailing,
- o Using Social Media,
- o Engaging with Outside Sales Reps and Pro-staff.
- Fill and collect Sales Orders from new and existing Accounts.
- Convert Leads to Accounts.
- Additional tasks as required.

- Technical - computers, Apple iOS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoho.

**Education & Experience**
- University degree with focus in: business, marketing, sales, operations, communications.
- 2 to 4 years of industry sales experience.
- Experience in the fishing and outdoors industry.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday + some weekends

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Fishing and outdoor industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 3 years (required)
