**Your role on our team**:
The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to homeowners to process all inquiries related to service, repairs, and outstanding work.

**In this role, you will**:

- Check our internal portal daily to identify new items, upcoming service dates and milestones.
- Review any emergency calls from the previous night or weekend and follow up with the homeowner and/or trades.
- Coordinates repair appointments for our Warranty Team, Trade Partners and Homeowners, including touchpoint and milestone dates.
- Responsible for processing all Service Tech paperwork.
- Confirm our “scheduled today” list daily and contact all trades accordingly.
- Process invoicing
- Communicate our Aging Report with our Trade Partners
- Respond to all incoming communications from our Homeowners and trade partners.
- Order materials as instructed by Managers/Inspectors/Techs
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**We would like you to have the following**:

- High School Diploma is required, a College Diploma is an asset.
- Relevant work experience that focuses on the experience of the customer
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Problem-Solving skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, with a focus on Customer Experience
