About the Role

Village Honda is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join our team. As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Verify and validate warranty information to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve warranty issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of warranty claims
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to track warranty expenses
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of warranty claims processing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
