**Responsibilities**

As the Community Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee member growth and retention, as well as the general operations of the facilty. Your duties will include:

- Own the full sales process from tour to negotiation and closing
- Manage negotiations with customers and closing of new business contracts
- Support community managers to ensure a seamless sales experience and high retention
- Manage commercially driven relationships with 3rd party brokers and agencies
- Maintain a constant awareness of competitor markets and products
- Delivering weekly/monthly reporting on sales performance against KPIs
- Manage the renewal process alongside the Community Managers
- Proactively seek opportunities for member expansion
- Represent Thrive at external events
- Partner with third party booking platforms to promote Thrive
- Maintain a sales CRM
- Source local partners for events
- Ensure all events and marketing programs are executed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the community team to push event sales within the location
