Territory Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Representation and sales execution of our portfolio at all designated accounts throughout the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of assigned accounts within a defined geographical territory and sales channels to:
- Achieve and/or exceed distribution and volume targets in all assigned accounts
- Execute planned programming in assigned accounts as required
- Train and educate accounts and key staff on our brands as required to drive rate of sale
- Operating within approved budgets
- Completion of required administration and reporting in a timely and accurate fashion
- Attendance at and management of approved events and promotions as required
**KEY ATTRIBUTES**
- Positive attitude with exceptional time management and planning skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Consultative approach to sales
- Service and solution oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities, accounts and brands across a range of segments and sales channels at any given time
- Results and detail oriented
- Ability to develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse range of decision makers
- Excellent communicator ~ able to convey ideas and feedback in a concise, constructive manner to all stakeholders
- Quick learner
- Able to provide insight into territory related business and trends
- Open to change and new ideas
- Strong time management and planning skills with an ability to pivot and adapt as necessary
- Valid SERVING IT RIGHT
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Previous beverage alcohol sales experience is considered an asset but not mandatory.

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
