**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join the team in Vancouver, BC. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our brand in the fitness industry. You will lead a team of sales associates and play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize membership sales.
- Create sales plans and set targets for the sales team, monitoring their progress and providing guidance and support.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Team Leadership and Management**:

- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and maintaining high morale within the sales team.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Conduct sales consultations, tours, and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits a membership.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services, packages, and promotions to drive customer engagement and retention.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Actively participate in community events and establish strategic partnerships to expand the brand presence.
- Leverage social media platforms and other marketing channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales data, membership metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the management team, providing insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customers.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge and passion for Pilates and fitness are advantageous.
