**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize our booking system to it's maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other staff members to facilitate smooth communication within the office.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take content for socials
- Must be able to handle a fast pace environment
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
