**Receptionist/ Administrative Support**

As a key member of the Administration team, the Receptionist will be responsible for efficient, friendly, and courteous service to internal and external clients.
This role will be to work closely with office team members, including Travel Advisors and management, and report to the Executive Office Manager.
**Location**:Office Based
**Office**:700 - 251 Consumers Rd, North York
**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm & 11am-7pm (rotate bi-weekly)
**Expedition Expectations**
- Provide a front desk reception service and answer incoming calls; redirecting calls or answering inquires as needed
- Welcome and assist all visitors - both customers and suppliers, making them feel comfortable and leaving a positive lasting impression
- Organize meetings - tasks include room bookings, inviting attendees, setting up conferencing facilities
- Assisting with accounting tasks
- Keeping an inventory and ordering office supplies
- Drafting and distributing office memos and correspondence
- Mail and courier duties as required
- Any other ad-hoc receptionist tasks as required
**Passport to Success**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist
- Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Accurate, detail oriented, and efficient
