Luxury used Car dealership in North York is looking for an receptionist/administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills.
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly, business-like manner.

Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Filing
- Social media
- Excel / Word
- Marketing
- Inventory
Financial Duties:
- Processing expense reports
- Billing
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- English not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M3J 2E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
