Are you a technical CRM expert with a passion for business process alignment and data quality? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a CRM Business Lead to head business process alignment and accuracy of customer data held within our systems. This role is crucial to manage our core Dynamics 365 CRM system and adjacent systems, ensuring they are effectively governed; managed; and configured to safeguard quality, ensuring accurate, and reliable customer data.

Your work will bridge the gap between our customer's business processes, our digital data product and digital delivery teams. You will lead business requirement alignment to ensure changes in business data management processes are translated consistently, creating effective future proofed data profiling, allowing NZTE to maintain a deep knowledge base of our customers. Additionally, your work will uphold the purpose of our CRM - in partnership with our Digital team, you will participate in working groups to ensure the consistent governance and management of CRM. You will configure some parts of the CRM system and adjacent systems including script writing to continuously improve data quality. You will also play a key role in ensuring quality control for customer data and participating in data governance and analysis.

With a continuous improvement mindset, you will provide pragmatic technical solutions and lead small projects when required. Not afraid of making decisions and dealing with ambiguity, you will be an outstanding communicator who is confident to present information and recommendations to peers, leaders and decisions makers.

**What you’ll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga**

Success is defined in this role as effective support of the governance, management, and configuration our core CRM system and adjacent systems to underpin commercial objectives. You’ll have a drive for continuous improvement. As the champion of excellence in export customer data housed in our CRM system, you will use your attention to detail to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer data. This role requires a unique combination of business acumen and technical skills, as you will bridge the gap between the 'why' of customer facing teams and processes, the 'what' of digital products, and the 'how' of digital delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Technology Stack (Dynamics, PowerBI, Azure), and SQL/Synapse/Dataverse. You will have experience leading technical requirements in business-facing roles, be a skilled communicator, and be committed to providing a quality service to all customers (internal and external). Along with this you will be highly organised and decisive, with the ability to collaborate and operate as part of a team.

You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to translate digital information for people to understand. You won’t be phased by presenting in front of people to build their capability and understanding in this space.
