**Job description**
- Maintain and update sales master list for tracking the business lead progress & prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management.
- Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time and provide management feedback on opportunities, sales pipeline, and any revenue forecast.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline and tracking progress and performance in a CRM system.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- One year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
- Conducting market research to identify current trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of progressive sales experience in the Healthcare Industry.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and develop effective solutions.
