- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Provide backup for other communicators.

**Qualitative Proficiencies**:

- Build strong relationships with Customers, Sales Representatives, and Team stakeholders.
- Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to identify customer needs, manage conflict, ambiguity, and complexity.
- Goal-Oriented; talent for continuous training, self-development, and understanding of new and/or technical content.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 1-3 yrs experience in customer support, client services, sales support, or a related field
- Strength / comfort with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Access
- Experience with Oracle, EDI order platforms, Cloud based Phone system, or Salesforce, an asset
- Bilingual French an asset - verbal and written (some translation skills/experience would be an asset)
- Undergraduate degree - recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong customer support orientation

**Working Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
