**Coordinateur junior du trafic**

Le groupe Mark Edwards recherche un Coordinateur junior du trafic pour faire partie de l'équipe opérationnelle. Le Coordinateur junior du trafic travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du département sur le suivi de la logistique clé pour les différentes sociétés du groupe sur une base mondiale, y compris l'entreposage et la distribution.

**Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à**:

- S'assurer que les factures correspondent aux listes de colisage,
- Coordonner la documentation pour l'entreprise et pour le courtier,
- Vérifier les factures de fret en ligne.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou formation formelle équivalente,
- Aucune expérience n'est requise. Une formation interne sur le tas sera fournie,
- Excellentes compétences en communication (maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, oral/écrit),
- Doit être disponible après les heures de travail et les week-ends lorsque cela est nécessaire et lorsque le responsable du département est en vacances,
- Doit avoir un sens aigu du détail,
- Capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement d'équipe,
- Maîtrise de MS Office (en particulier Excel), Zoho est un atout.

**Junior Traffic Coordinator**

Mark Edwards Group is looking for a Junior Traffic Coordinator to join its operations team. The Traffic Coordinator will work closely with the Traffic Manager on the follow up of key logistics for the group’s various companies on a global basis including warehousing and distribution.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure the invoices correspond to the packing lists,
- Coordinate documentation for the company and for the broker,
- Verify freight invoices on line.
- High school diploma or equivalent formal education,
- No experience is required. In-house on-the-job training will be provided,
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and French, verbal/written),
- Must be available afterhours and on weekends when necessary and while the Manager is on vacation,
- Must be highly detail-oriented,
- Ability to work well in a team environment,
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly excel), Zoho is an asset.
