** Join Our Web Agency as a Junior Client Services Coordinator**

We're looking for a passionate **Junior Client Services Coordinator**, with a knak for tech, communication & marketing, to join our dynamic **web agency**

**Location**: This is an in-office position in Montreal. We believe that in-person collaboration is essential for clear communication, brainstorming, and facilitating problem-solving as a team.

**What you'll do**:

- **Be the Client's Go-To Contact**

You'll be the friendly voice clients can turn to, whether they need to brainstorm ideas, discuss strategies, navigate technical hurdles, or require assistance. You'll also engage in client briefs and zoom meetings to understand their goals and clarify expectations.
- **Coordination**

You’ll be collaborating with the development and design team and delegate tasks effectively, and to ensure timely delivery, keeping clients happy throughout their journey.
- **Assist with new client inquiries & onboarding**

You will participate in conversations with potential clients inquiring about our services. You will assist in onboarding new clients and participate in new business development strategies.
- **Write with impact**

You'll prepare and write compelling proposals, as well as other marketing write-ups that win over potential clients and accurately showcases the values we offer.
- **Turn tech talk into plain talk**

You'll act as an interpreter, explaining technical details in a way that clients can easily relate to. This will ensure everyone's on the same page and working towards a successful outcome.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A passion for the web and all things digital.
- A strong understanding of web development concepts and the technical requirements for building websites.
- Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels in a clear, friendly, and helpful manner. You confidently engage with clients, ensuring a positive and effective dialogue
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent Writing: Capable of crafting engaging and compelling content to our clients.
- A positive, can-do attitude.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Vous serez la personne vers laquelle les clients pourront se tourner, qu'ils aient besoin d'assistance avec leur site web, ou qu'ils veuillent échanger des idées, discuter de stratégies ou de résoudre des problemes techniques. Vous participerez à des briefings clients et à des réunions Zoom pour comprendre leurs objectifs et clarifier leurs attentes.
- Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de développement et de design, et déléguerez efficacement les tâches et assurerez les délais, en gardant les clients satisfaits tout au long de leur parcours.
- Vous participerez à des conversations avec des clients potentiels qui se renseignent sur nos services. Vous aiderez à l’intégration de nouveaux clients et participerez aux nouvelles stratégies de développement commercial.
- Vous préparerez et rédigerez des soumissions ainsi que d’autres contenus marketing qui séduiront les clients potentiels et mettront en valeur les services que nous offrons.
- Vous agirez en tant qu'interprète, expliquant les détails techniques d'une manière dont les clients peuvent facilement comprendre.

Une passion pour le web et tout ce qui est numérique.

Une solide compréhension des concepts de développement Web et des exigences techniques pour la création de sites Web.

Excellentes compétences en communication. Vous vous engagez en toute confiance avec les clients, assurant un dialogue positif et efficace

Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.

Excellente rédaction : Vous êtes capable de créer du contenu engageant et convaincant pour nos clients.

Une attitude positive et positive.
