Our client is looking for a Junior to Intermediate Power BI Developer and Operations Coordinator.

Details of the role and what is required:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills FR/EN (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills, including Office Suite.
- Accounting knowledge one (autout)
- Act as an advisor by offering recommendations to our customers and making the information contained in the dashboards speak for itself.
- Ensure daily operations related to specialized software
- Act as point of contact for suppliers/customers
- Get suppliers to integrate the process and software
- Support customers and software users
- Use data analysis to monitor suppliers' compliance with the software.
- Communicate appropriately and regularly (in English) with specialized software head office.

Partnership
- Collaborate with different teams and suppliers, according to customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand commercial & business context.
- Create clear documentation and training materials as required.
- Hold weekly follow-up meetings with the customer.

Delivery
- Provide expertise in data collection and presentation
- Look beyond the scope of data and provide value-added information
- Create dashboards respecting templates and standards, enabling efficient and reusable analysis.
- Design, build and launch efficient and reliable data pipelines to transfer data to data warehouses and data lakes.
- Provide advice on the best approach to take, if required.
- Customer service experience
- Promote best practices and established standards.
- Contribute to industry and community initiatives in Data Intelligence and other areas.

Qualifications and skills required to perform the job:

- Customer and solution oriented, with excellent collaboration with team and customers.
- Collaboration across cultures and with virtual teams around the world.
- Strong understanding of data engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of data programming, query and scripting languages (an asset)
- Data modeling and interfacing
- Ability to deliver articulate messages and recommendations.
- Ability to lead contractors and vendors on technical deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in IT, administration or accounting 1-2 years
- Ability to work with multiple priorities.
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Flexible work schedule (possibility of evening meetings)
- Experience in payroll, procurement, contract management (an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Basic computer skills (Windows 10, etc.)
- Ability to comply with established standards
- Professional attitude

- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (teamwork)
