**About Us**:
The Office of the Registrar (OOR) fosters a culture of student service excellence and is a key contributor to the overall student experience at Western, from the initial point of contact with prospects through to graduation and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Education:
- Undergraduate degree preferably in Computer Science, Business, or other quantitative discipline with a strong systems orientation
- Experience:
- 3 years’ progressive experience working in PeopleSoft HE
- 2 years’ experience working in Undergraduate Admissions
- Experience overseeing staff and projects
- 2 years’ in a postsecondary environment with complex systems and high volumes of data is preferred
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical users
- A high degree of professionalism and diplomacy with outstanding ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external clients
- Judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative and collaborative approach to addressing issues and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities, set both long
- and short-term goals, and to adapt quickly to emerging priorities- Ability to maintain a high level of individual and team performance
- Ability and willingness to stay abreast of technological developments
- Ability to work well under pressure with large amounts of data and potential technical problems in order to meet critical operational deadlines
- Demonstrated data management and database reporting skills preferably with PeopleSoft Higher Education or similar database systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word; PeopleSoft Query
- Familiarity with FIPPA regulations and working knowledge of secure data transfer protocols
- General knowledge of the Canadian secondary and post-secondary educational systems
