**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.
- Campaign Development and Execution: plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and manage content calendar and grow presence on social media platform.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for conferences and events, and various marketing channels including website blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Edit and refine content for clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Graphic Design: Transform complex information and data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and diagrams.
- Presentation Formatting and Design: Work with teams to integrate content, data, and messaging into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Proven experience in marketing and graphic design roles, preferably within the environmental or sustainability sector.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Proficient with graphic design software and online platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience working with content management systems and social media platforms (Hootsuite, WordPress, Asana, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Excellent team player and can work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Must be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
