**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy. In your role you will bring HR processes and practices to the next level. You will provide workforce planning and employee support across the different practices in both Canada and US. The HR Coordinator must be bilingual (English/French) given LIDD has offices outside of Québec.

The goal for this position is to ensure that our employees have the best possible experience working at LIDD. You will work out of our Montreal Office (Old-Port).

**L'opportunité**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordonnateur Rh enthousiaste pour se joindre à notre équipe. Notre équipe obtient des résultats en étant innovante, motivée, collaborative et digne de confiance. Dans votre rôle, vous ferez passer les processus et les pratiques Rh au niveau supérieur. Vous supporterez la planification de la main-d'œuvre et le soutien aux employés dans les différentes pratiques au Canada et aux États-Unis. Le coordonnateur des Rh doit être bilingue (anglais/français) étant donné que le LIDD a des bureaux à l'extérieur du Québec.

L'objectif de ce poste sera de s'assurer que nos employés ont la meilleure expérience possible en travaillant chez LIDD. Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal (Vieux-Port).

**Requirements**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities, although are not limited to the following**
- Lead the talent acquisition and recruitment process for Canada & US
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline for all mandates
- Write and update job descriptions and job posts
- Conduct onboarding activities for all newly hired staff in collaboration with hiring managers
- Manage group insurance and company benefits
- Act as the main HR contact for employees, in all countries
- Provide support to employees in various areas such as leaves and vacation
- Provide support on Immigration mandates
- Help create and organize training and development activities
- Maintain employee files and records
- Work on ad hoc projects

**Requirements - To qualify for this role, you'll need**
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment with extensive exposure to recruitment and employee support
- Project management skills: ability to effectively plan, implement and manage programs
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Ability to communicate and write in English and French (Spanish and/or Korean will be considered an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Resourceful and able to find creative solutions, thinking beyond current systems and approaches, while recognizing the impact of decisions and actions
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Provincial, Federal and US regulations related to employer practices and compliance requirements
