Tasks
- Participating in the recruitment process.
- Preparing job offers, hiring documents, and employee benefits.
- Maintaining all internal HR documentation.
- Conducting the onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Ensuring compliance in employee records.
- Maintaining the employee evaluation system and providing support in the performance evaluation process.
- Drafting HR documentation and various letters for employees.
- Being the key contact for CNESST matters for both external and internal parties.
- Collaborating in the workplace incident prevention program.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with various external recruitment organizations (educational institutions, recruitment firms, etc.).
- Performing any other related tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a minimum of a University certificate in HRM.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Bilingualism - both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational skills - time management and prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and discernment in handling confidential information.
- Being proactive, taking initiative, and working autonomously.
