  3. Maintaining all internal HR documentation.
  4. Conducting the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  5. Ensuring compliance in employee records.
  6. Maintaining the employee evaluation system and providing support in the performance evaluation process.
  7. Drafting HR documentation and various letters for employees.
  8. Being the key contact for CNESST matters for both external and internal parties.
  9. Collaborating in the workplace incident prevention program.
  10. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with various external recruitment organizations (educational institutions, recruitment firms, etc.).
  11. Performing any other related tasks.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a minimum of a University certificate in HRM.

  • Bilingualism - both oral and written.
