Your future duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, you will assume various responsibilities:

- Producing and compiling regular and special reports using various analytical tools;
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing results;
- Preparation of presentations and communications;
- Support the Director and HR Business Partners in the implementation of the HR management strategy;
- Participate in the facilitation of orientation sessions;
- Coordinate the follow-up of HR projects to ensure their progress and implementation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Strong interest in data processing and analysis;
- Ability to manage a large volume of requests and good management of priorities;
- Rigor and exemplary work ethic;
- Unwavering respect for confidentiality and a high level of professionalism;
- Evaluate and constantly improve existing programs and processes to ensure their optimization and relevance to the organization's evolution;
- Sensitivity to the compliance of all laws and regulations related to labor standards;
- Team spirit and collaboration.

**Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (an asset);
- At least two years of administrative experience in a dynamic, high volume environment;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proven experience in producing complex reports;
- Knowledge of complex and powerful information systems (an asset);
