**As a member of our ongoing staff 3-days per week, your job will entail**:

- Creating and maintaining financial records in the accounting system
- Preparing invoices and processing payments via credit
- Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring effective debt management
- Organising and processing of forms, receipts, and expenses with accuracy
- Ensuring efficient operation of the business through proper analysis and preparing of required documents
- Reviewing and reorganising the charter of accounts
- Scheduling appointments and managing general bookkeeping
- Providing support to peers by effectively coordinating administrative services
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the necessary talent to support company growth
- Managing the recruitment process (job postings, organizing interviews, etc.)
- This role requires working on one weekend day, on occasion

**This career opportunity is for you if**:

- You have a degree in Business Administration, preferably in Accounting
- You have at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- You have successfully conducted recruitment processes before
- You are organized, with a keen attention to detail
- Your communication skills are excellent, both in French and English
- You are proficiency in administrative software and financial management systems
- You enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with others
