We are looking for a **Sales Manager **to join our team.

This is a remote position with client base mostly located in **Ontario**.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Identify new business opportunities within the Fleet Industry and develop sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Thinking outside of the box and delivering creative sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and profitability targets.
- Drive change and look for innovation every step of the way.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or automotive mechanic.
- In-depth knowledge of trucking and/or heavy-duty industry
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we need a “people person” able to create relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Like any other sales role we need someone with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- We are growing our business so availability to travel is a must
- Lastly, we want someone passionate about the role who takes ownership of the customer interaction to ensure success

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
