**Sales Enablement Specialist - CRM Technology Specialist**

**The Opportunity**

As a CRM Technology Specialist you will work alongside our C-Suite and Enablement team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage their CRM technology set up and implementation as well as provide ongoing support to multiple points inside The Sales Factory. Our goal is to build a successful outbound program quickly that drives impact for client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage the new client IT onboarding process and implementation. You will be the key point of contact for everything CRM, technical and troubleshooting.
- You will help facilitate rep tech onboardings, helping them operate effectively in their CRM and other systems.
- You will be a key support specialist for internal and external teams ensuring workflows are operating effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or similar program with a strong academic background required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding in google work space, microsoft office, and other productivity tools.
- Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills delivering project expectations in a timely manner.
- Expertise, knowledge and understanding of technologies and CRM platform functionality is an asset.
- Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Expertise using sales technologies such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, SeamlessAI, and Zoominfo is a bonus.
- Prior experience in tech/IT systems support, analytics, reporting.
- A passion for technology and technology companies.
- Attention to detail and process oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment.
