**About Us**:
The Customer Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new product sales opportunities within the customer base, helping the customer grow usage by leveraging internal & partner adoption resources to achieve customer goals, and exceeding sales targets while making our product more sticky.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Identifying and pursuing new product opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation within our customer base
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer growth and identify upselling opportunities
- Achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Conducting business ROI presentations to customers
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Providing regular reports on sales activity and forecasting future sales

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with front line SaaS sales, fintech preferred
- Accounting reconciliation experience is beneficial but not required
- A continual learner and open to learning new technologies that Airbase may roll out in the future
- Fantastic communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
- A relentless focus on customer excellence and time to value
