**Position Description**

We are hiring an Inbound Sales Manager who wants to positively impact the lives of students across the country. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best tutors in the world to help students accelerate their learning. You’ll manage the existing sales team and work with other departments to help scale the company's growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead a sales team with a strong inbound funnel, so we’re looking for someone with experience managing that aspect.

This is a big opportunity to be able to join an early stage company and be one of the first few to impact the trajectory of this company. You have to be comfortable with change and come with a growth mindset. The rate of learning at early-stage companies is high so priorities constantly evolve. Thus, adaptability and flexibility is key.

**What You'll Do**:

- Exceed company sales goals by ensuring sales reps are maximizing on the inbound leads funnel.
- Jump in when needed to support the sales team, acting as a Player-Coach to ensure goals are hit.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics to ensure goals are exceeded.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to hit their individual goals including regular coaching, one-on-one’s, and feedback.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Regularly review and update the sales playbook to ensure effectiveness.
- Experiment with new ideas to improve sales effectiveness.

**Commitment**

This role is full time, remote and there is an expectation that you will work some nights and weekends.
