We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Operations & Admin Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our CEO and other executives, as well as managing various office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

**Executive Support**:

- Provide comprehensive scheduling assistance to the CEO and other executives
- Facilitate communication post-introduction to coordinate suitable meeting times for all parties involved

**Event Planning**:

- Schedule, plan, and execute company-wide and team-specific events
- Organize quarterly team events, holiday parties, and major celebrations
- Plan and coordinate leadership team off-sites
- Manage monthly team events to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture

**Office Operations**:

- Oversee all aspects of office operations to maintain a clean, functional, and efficient workspace
- Manage deliveries, insurance, and other office-related administrative tasks

**Onboard New Employees**:

- Support the onboarding of new employees, including scheduling meetings and creating blog posts
- Maintain and update the central policy library

**Documentation Management**:

- Manage all company-wide documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Maintain a central policy library for easy reference

**Your know-how**:

- Proven experience in executive support and office management
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate progress and project status effectively internally
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
